front forks
pre-load adjuster initial setting --- 4th groove from top
(larger nut on top of forks)
rebound adjuster initial setting --- 1-3/4 turns out from full hard
(small screw on top of forks)
compression adjuster initial setting --- 1-1/4 turns out from full hard
(small screw by brakes)
rear
spring adjuster standard position --- position 3
rebound adjuster initial setting --- 1-1/2 turns out from full hard
(on bottom of shock)
compression adjuster initial setting --- 1-1/2 turns out from full hard
(on reservoir attached to subframe)

Stock suspension setup:
5'10" 180lbs
Front pre-load all the way in (past 0 lines showing)
Rear Pre-load 6
Stock rebound and compression front and rear
This is what a Racetech Suspension guy set my bike to. The F4is are meant for ~140lbs rider, so if you weight about ~180lbs, you should crank your front pre-load up all the way and set your rear high
Now, I have added Racetech .90 springs and have 3 lines showing front, haven't adjusted anything else yet. Big difference in handling with just the springs
