License Plate Bracket OEM

This may be an obvious question, but I just recently purchased an oem license plate bracket for my f4i, and can't find where to attach it to the back of my bike? Any help would be great thanks

Pictures? I'm guessing there might be an under tail in the way. If there is I'm guessing you're willing to part with it? Lol

Oh I see what you're working with. Got room to screw it to the fender beneath the key hole? The reason you can't figure out where to mount it is because It's been cut down
