I think Stephens had a bad experience with them and had to go back to OEM as the aftermarket lasted much less than OEM.

I currently have one on my 01 f4i, I just bought the bike a couple months ago and thanks to the winter have yet to ride it. The guy I bought it from told me that it is a lot touchyer then the oem, he said sometimes shifting from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd he would accidently pop up the front a little bit. This is what he told me but I dont know for a fact if this is true or not but will find out hopefully in the next month or two as long as the snow here in vermont melts and stays melted

Yah I had one. What a waste of a 150 bucks. It burned out within one year, and I ride wheelies all the time. So I went back to OEM. The OEM that I have has now lasted me 2 years and still riding one wheel. DON'T GET A BARNETTE CLUTCH!!!

My new theory is Honda engineers spend alot of time and work designing the best performance parts they can, lets use them and upgrade aftermarket on cosmetics. ie. HID's & exhaust...and so on and so on...
