Now I have a little bigger piece of mind. I appreciate the idea that was posted here on the forum.
What is the "laser pointer method"?????????????????

Set your bike up on a rear stand so its level. Pull off your plastics and point a laser dot at the bolt the slider mounts to. Install your plastics, there is your entry point.

Damn, those sliders look like the rest of them. I bet you paid a grip for those too since they're Vortex branded.

Ok guys. After the failure of the T-Rex no-cuts that I had on my f4i and damaged my engine, I've bought the vortex frame sliders. I got the bases with bolts but the pucks did not come with the mounting bolt, which is crap (im contacting vortex about this), but I've got a question about something else. Today, I've installed the bases and the left side is nice and flushed while the right side looks a bit odd. Check out the pics and let me know if I did it right. The first 3 pics are of the right side. The last one is on the left side. Is that how you had your right side, paige? Also, where did you get that grommet at iMac? it looks neat.
