Default Informations about gauges. Thanks

Hello.
I'm from Europe, and i have a question about F4i's gauges.
Where is the fuel indicator on US models. In EU it's showned in the left side of the electronic display, but I have a friend that has an US model and it's now shown there.
I saw on this forum a picture taken of an US gauge, an from a certain position the indicator can be seen but NOT LIGHTEN, i mean the "icon" representing the fuel is on the dispaly but is not.. let's say.. light shaped. I don't know how to say.

Thank you.

on my '01 the guage flips on when you start running on reserve, and it will show you how much of the reserve tank you have left

Correct. Onthe US models, the guage only lights up when on reserve. Do the EU models have an actual guage?

Wish it had an actual gauge, rather than just a reserve indicator. I end up just using mileage to determine when I should be seeing the reserve lights.

I agree. The gauge is pretty useless. Might as well just havea light on the dash. I've run mine for 20 miles or so after all the bars on the gauge are gone and I still haven't put as much gas in as it says thetank will holdin the owner's manual.
