I'm bad at shifting...

I'm bad at shifting...
it is irritating to say the least. I am mostly talking when at wide open throttle. I mess gears more than I make them. I am looking for some advice on how to shift better at high speeds. What I typically do is have pressure with my foot so when I pull the clutch in it will go in gear quickly, however I simply miss it all the time. When I say miss I mean I typically pull the clutch in and when I let it out I find it hasn't changed gears. Any advice on how to shift quickly and effectively?

Thought I would share this. I am sure many of you have read it before, but I haven't. I'll be working on it.

RE: I'm bad at shifting...
im not a big fan of clutchless shifting, a little too jerky for me. i would keep preloading the shifter like youre doing. and when you want to shift, just bring your foot up as hard as you can, while pulling in the clutch. as soon as you feel it shift, ease off the clutch. i would practice proper clutch shifting before clutchless shifting...
