If you had a 600RR, would you trade it for an F4I?
Hey guys. This maybe an unusual question but I need your opinions! Okay so back in December I bought a 2002 F4I with like 29K miles. I rode it for a little but maybe less than 300 miles and had to sell it for personal reasons. To make a long story short I bought a 2003 600RR with 14k miles for about $3900. Anyway today the guy who bought my F4I told me he sold the F4I to his buddy because he is moving out of state, and his buddy wanted to trade the F4I for my RR but would put about $800 on top of the trade. It got me thinking because my old F4I had pretty much new tires (Owner rode about 1k miles) and my RR needs new tires soon and new front and back brake pads or disks cause it shakes when I apply them. The thing though is my RR has a lot of good after market parts like Two Bros exhaust, Power commander, GPR stabalizer, steel braded brake lines etc. I was thinking of doing the trade but I would remove my after market parts and put it on the F4I. In your opinion would this be a good trade?

I've always been a fan of the F4I, sure the RR's are sexy but me personally I would stick with the F4i. I guess it all falls into opinions and personal tastes? Since you are switching over the aftermarket parts, I say yes. But definitely check out the F4i, who knows what they did to it to offer up the trade for the RR.
