Idle Screw Question

The idle adjustment on our bikes serves to richen and lean the fuel mixture correct? If so, does turning it clockwise richen or lean? If not how does it work, like what does it do? Thanks in advance guys/gals

Your bike is FI. The only way to change the fuel ratios is with a power commander.

The idle screw, on the dangling cable, is for setting your base idle speed. It's just a stop screw that keeps the throttle plates from closing all the way. The cold idle is set by the wax unit and the coolant running through it, so set your base idle with the bike hot.

Turning the idle adjustment is the same thing as slightly moving the throttle tube, giving the bike more or less throttle.
