Default Idle issues

Hello fellow honda f4i owners!

I bought my honda cbr f4i 2001 [70,000]km. couple weeks back, so I'm pretty fresh on this bike It's my first 600cc bike, so I don't know what to expect from it.

I don't know how the f4i supposed to idle or drive, but something got me suspiciuos, Note; [my cbr is in warm garage around 20c°] when I start it [cold] it fires up quickly like in 1sec. 2spins and the beast is on, but it idles at 1.1k pretty low for cold start isin't? But when it gets warm little dude starts to gain revs to about 1.3k and if I start to drive it and stop, the idle in neutral or gear is always on 2k, not even releasing clutch helps to drop it, and I also tried to adjust the idle **** <--- It doesn't want to respond....

I mean 2k is pretty high I would say, also I don't really mind it.. If it's not damaging my gearbox or engine it's fine, but it's little bit noisy, and pretty loud sound when putting in gear,! ;(

Do you have any tips what could be the problem for the idle not enganing in turning it up or down, or low cold rpm, but high rpm when hot and driven little "_"..

Thanks,
for any answers..

P.s. sorry for bad writing, English is not my first language
have a nice day !

Idle-speed adjuster works in conjuction with wax-unit. Kidnda like thermo-mechanical idle-speed controller. Screw IN idle adjuster until it feels like it stops. Then continue to turn it some more to open up flap in wax-unit. This will increase cold idle-speed. Then wax-unit should take over as engine warms up to adjust hot idle-speed
