Default I searched to no avail

Hey guys new around here. Just picked up an '01 F4I. Bike seems to be in great shape but we noticed the other night that the subframe was bent just slightly causing the right side to be a little higher than the left. I stripped the entire bike down today, all plastics, tank etc and when I got to the tail plastics I realized I couldn't get the mounting bolts back in because of the subframe being tweaked. Is there anyway of fixing this myself? Perhaps a long bar and some real easy bending action to try and straighten it. It appears to be twisted more than anything, there's no stress marks in the steel it just doesn't sit right. Any suggestions would be helpful. I know probably the best thing to do would be to buy a new subframe but I just want to get it straight so I can ride it a little bit. Getting kind of anxious with this warm weather. Well thanks.

Go for it. Can't hurt to try! Otherwise you'll have to replace it anyway.

Got it bent back to almost perfect. Might be off by 1/32 of an inch, all the plastics went back on just fine and it all lines up. I'm a happy happy man.
