For anyone who was thinkin about doing it. I did this with pretty much No experience. Never painted a vehicle. Never done auto-related prep work. Never taken the fairings or gas tank off my bike before.

Doesnt look bad at all. What did you paint it with? Is that a yellow seat I see back there, maybe you could put some yellow accents around the bike, like some yellow tape around the rims or somthin.

 

Yeah I was at work.. so I didn't really have any options for camera.. or no photoshop to resize anything...also...I dont know what IMG tag wasnt workin

And yes that is still the stock yellow seat.. Im going to buy a black one with my next paycheck.. White Rim Strips will go on it to.

 

Your's kinda looks like mine....Maybe I'll throw up some pics too.

 

I like the flat black, a little gloss black would make it looked like it were 'planned' rather than still in work.
