i need to wire a switch/relay into my fan
so i know its normal for the fan to come on at 225 deg. ,but lately i have had to ride in traffic so it hits thattemp real quick....so what i want to do is wire a swith/relay so i can manualy turn on the fan with a swith...but also want the fan to turn on normaly at 225 deg.
anyone done this?

i know....but i dont think you understand my question...i want to wire in a switch so i can turn on my fan befor it hits 225.

I think you are thinking too much into cooling your bike. The F4i is a water cooled engine with the use of air motion to help cool it. The F4i was designed to run at a higher temperature for peak performance. You don't need to get a switch to cool the engine unless your fan does not come on at 225.
