i need a brake and lamp inspectation station homie hook-up
 

i finally got my paperwork all completed in and turned into to DMV, and had to pay $498.99 in back fees...

yet because it is a salvaged title i need to take it to a brake and lamp inspection station.

so i took it to one in l.a.
long story short; he said i need to install the factory signals front and rear cause the "book" says that the signals must be distinguishable from 800 feet away, so basically my new led tail light with built in signals is a no go.

i also need to ad reflectors to the front and rear "side"

so....anyone have a homie hook up that works for or at a brake and lamp inspection station?

why not put on some led signals and some $2 wing nut reflectors and be legit then you can take off the signals after you pass.

elaborate on led signals...
i have the led signals built into the tail light, but he is saying those are a no go because they are not seperated far enough apary to distinguish from 800 feet away.
and for the front i have smaller in size aftermarket signals that he is saying the same about...

basically just aftermarket turn signals like these http://lockhartphillipsusa.x-shops.com/home.php?cat=383 . i know here in cali the law states that your rear turn signals must be atleast 9" apart from the center of the tail light .

***** you seriously found that?! meaning the law...cause that is news to me...so now i m thinkin w t f is this foo's problem if cali has an actual law and he dont know it why the faulk is he working for the state if he dont know his ****...

so now my problem lies with munting these 9" apart on the rear (where my stock fender was butchered to hell....

the only reason i know it is because one night my brother got light up by chp and they literally pulled out the book from his trunk and wrote him up for everything he could find wrong (took over an hour ! )

but yea just add those few things and you'll be fine (the red reflectors you can find cheap at most any cycle shop) and you can pick up the turn signals too , install them then take em off. most cops wont care they'll just be happy you use a turn signal
