Default HP4 Oil?

I bought 4 quarts of oil and the correct filter and am about to do an oil change on my 04 F4i, but I'm reading the Clymer manual and it says "only use oils with an API classification of SF or SG". I bought 4 quarts of Honda HP4, but now I'm looking at the bottles and they say SAE 10w40 SJ. Did I buy the wrong stuff?

Nope. That stuff will work fine. You can't buy SF or SG anymore. That was the standard years ago when your manual was written. Oil has been through a few changes since then. SJ exceeds SF and will work for anything requiring SJ and earlier.

Ugh, it won't let me edit my post. In regards to moly (I've heard oil with moly it is will make your clutch slip), this is the version without it correct? Honda calls it HP4M now and is in a silver bottle, right?
