Default hows your suspension setup?

I just recently got my bike back from the shop and it feels a little lower in the back. I thought they may have adjusted the coil in the back and was woundering where you guys have yours set at? I like to get it a little lower if I could but what is the effects of lowering the coil?

i forgot to say that Honda and most bikes are very soft with there setup so if you ride any harder than a little old lady you probably want to crank it up

He is meaning to adjust the nut on the bottom of the rear spring to a higher number. I know my 1999 600F4 adjust from 1 to 7. I usually ride with mine at 7 and I'm 165lbs.

it really depends on how you ride. your luck if you only weight 135 because the stock spring is fine for you. set it on about 4 and see how that works.I would set the rebound and compressio at stock both front and rear.the f4i is perfect for you at stock setting.Let me know how you ride and I will give some pointers.

I split my time on my bike 50/50 between going solo, and having my girl on the back. So I usually keep it cranked around 6 or 7. Feels good with the pax, and sticks like glue going solo.

I'm about 235 right now I guess I should crank up the setting? So stiffer is better?
