RE: How to stay Sane through winter?
My trick to staying sane is to go out and ride.... Seriously, if there is no snow on the ground why not? Just bundle up and remember that your tires and road are going to be cold. Also watch out for gravel. I went out the other day, it was 13 degrees and my hands were numb and I was shivering so much that the bike started to wobble, but it was fun. I was bouncing off the rev limiter in first blasting away from every stop light, not riding for a couple weeks really makes you do stupid stuff. There were way too many holiday shoppers on the road to be speeding, but I couldnt control myself.

I am going very crazy. Last time I rode was the end of november, when we got a nice 50 somethin' degree day. I mean, the roads here are still wet, haven't been dry for a while, and you can't really enjoy riding when your feet are freezing and you are worried about downsiding on a turn. Only 3 more month's guys

Its killin' me too man. What's worse is that I started riding just before it got too cold, so I'm on my honeymoon phase still. Even if there's a nice day out, I can't go for a ride because I stored the bike at a dealership.

It is 54 degrees here and its too cold for me to ride. Maybe I am getting too much estrogen in my diet.
