How to rotate bike on stand?
 

I've been in several situations where it was very hard to turn my bike by going back and forth.

I tried doing searches on this topic, but couldn't find much.

Is there a detailed tutorial or video on how to do it?

I actually downloaded a short clip of a guy and a red CBR RR rotating his bike on the stand. Problem is, he turns the front wheel all the way to the right and holds onto both left and right handle bars and tilts the bike on the stand and rotates it.

I've actually tried that and it seems very difficult to lift the bike just by grabbing onto the handle bars.

Instead, I turn the wheel to the left, and I grab onto the left handle bar with my left hand, and grab onto the frame with my right hand on the right side, then I lean the bike onto the stand and rotate. My problem is I'm having a hard time lifting the front end. Maybe that's because my right hand is more towards the rear end. But with all my strength, I can get the front up and rotate the entire bike. I think I'm doing it wrong though

Any good tips?

only tip i can offer is not to do it...my kickstand now sits lower than others...and i didn't even do it that much.

this is what i used to do...the same way as you do it, so basically pushing the bike in a northwesterly direction to get the rear up bars tilted to the left, then pull the bike towards me (westerly) to get the front off the ground...so then the whole bike is pivoting on the kickstand and my leg...then turn. it's really quite easy, just can't be scared.
