This is all I could find:
(HP) (Torque) (1/4 Mile)
CBR600F4i ('01) (95.5 @ 12,500) (42.6 @ 10,250) (10.71 @ 126.7)
CBR600RR ('03) (105.4 @ 13,500) (43.7 @ 11,250) (10.94 @ 127.1)
CBR600RR ('05) (106.9 @ 13,750) (44.6 @ 11,000) (10.49 @ 133.3)
CBR600RR ('06) (105.6 @ 13,250) (44.8 @ 10,750)(10.87 @ 128.5)

The rider (skill, weight/size), track conditions, weather conditions, the bike itself. There could be a couple reasons its higher, or that the other two are lower. So unless you can find other similar times to those and prove their consistent id probably just blame it on variables like those.

Dang that sucks so much! I knew the split tail F4Is are faster! I sold my 2002 because I was gonna buy an RR but that all wentto the drain! Wish I didnt sell my F4I man! now its so hard to find a good CBR. Guess if I cant wait ill just get the 919 or if I am patient enough wait fora good priced CBR.

Id definitely advise against buying the 919 just because you cant wait, if you do youll most likely regret it and want the rr or another f4i. Youll probably find a good deal a week after you buy it and youll be kicking yourself for months. Good deals always come along and better deals always come along after those ones so dont worry. Just wait and think about it and buy the bike that you really want and youll be much happier in the long run. If you want the 919 and youre positive youll be happy with it and not regret getting one then hell yeah buy one as soon as you find one you like. Otherwise just relax and im sure youll find a good deal on a cbr in a few weeks and you wont look back.

I park next to a 919 on campus all the time, I also like the dual exhaust, but the non-fairing bikes have never really grown on me. I also wonder if theres a difference in fuel milage on the highway compared to a full fairing bike. In an unrelated topic, any idea why the nanner seat bikes were rated lower? Emissions? I did notice that mine does have an o2 sensor.

I guess it is tough to replicate very close conditions year after year, unfortunately it skews the data.

[QUOTE=jeffjones;1028810]919 - 96.4 HP, Top Speed: 143mph, 0-60mph: 3.22s, 0-100mph: 7.27s, 1/4 mile: 10.79s @ 123.54mph.
01 F4i - 96.6 HP, Top Speed: 155mph, 0-60mph: 2.89s, 0-100mph: 6.61s, 1/4 mile: 10.59s @ 128.23mph.
06 F4i - 90.1 HP, Top Speed: 156mph, 0-60mph: 3.52s, 0-100mph: 7.94s, 1/4 mile: 11.26s @ 121.56mph.
Numbers seem odd 06 is 1.3 seconds slower to 100 but only .7 seconds slower
in the 1/4 hmm.
