How can I make my own fender eliminator

I heard someone posted a tutorial on how to make a fender eliminator similar to the one produced by competition werks. Does anyone know where I can find the link?

p.s.- yes I first tried the search button and looked in the how to section, lol

Hack your fender off!!!

Find that thread only a few down...

I'd rather remove the whole thing and build a custom bracket. It's a good excuse to break out the welder, ha ha

Just get a hotbodies undertail but get and integrated tailight with blinkers included-best way to go and looks the sleekest and safest---the hotbodies undertail with the small LED's aren't very visible during the day...

Cut > New undertail > 2 holes > 2 90's, 4 bolts, 4 washers, and 4 nuts. It's not rocket science. If you don't go the integrated turn signal route then grab some sheet metal and fabricate your own brackets.

I saw one the other day it was only a halfy that some dude made that looked like sheet metal. Didn't look the greatest but was better than the stock fender. But really all you have to do is remove everything under the line of your plastic and measure and cut. Need a way to mount the lock.. which could be tricky.

Here's a homemade Competition Werkes: LINK. There was some other fella around here that used a flat piece of plastic; came out really good too.

Incognito, where is the link?

Siiick, where do you have your plate mounted?

On the battery box would make it super clean!

Where did you get the light?
