Default Home made fender eliminator

Finaly got around to making my wife a fender eliminator for her F4I, she wants a Rumble undertail but for now, this is going to have to do, paint doesnt match perfectly, but it's close enough for now, it actually looks better in person,

I first cut the rear fender off, I just kind of guessed where to cut, I looked at it from a side angle and any thing that protruded below the tail section, got cut off, I then took the tail section off, and used a piece of that colored poster board , ya know the kind the kids allways use for school projects, I put the tail section on top of the paper and taped it to it pretty tight, being careful not to compress the front section in, ya dont want to change the shape of the opening, then from the inside I traced a pencil mark around the bottom opening, where it goes around the tail light, I had to trace a line from the outside, I removed the paper, trimmed it rough, leaving a bit of excess reinstalled the tail on the bike, then started slowly trimming the poster board template to fit in the tail, from below, I picked up the two tail mounts that use the two plastic screw type push pins and I drilled two through the rear of the remaing plastic under tray and used two push pins I got at Lowes, then the forward part that bends and fits along the old section of the stock fender tray, I used two small screws with lock nuts to secure that section, for the license plate mount, I just traced around the plate and them improvised the rest, and then bent it to shape over the edge of my tool box, and bolted it to the under tray,

Man I just thought I should make copyies of my templates and send them to any one who wants them, But Damm! I looked allover and I must have thrown it away when I was cleaning up, I found the license plate one, but not the undertray, and the garbage man just came this morning, damm, that sucks, I didnt even think about it, sorry,

here are the parts I used, got them from Cycle Gear, we went through all of their lights and hooked them up to one of their batteries in the store and the ones in this *** end clean up kit were the brightest, I love the license plate light, it's pretty bright and only 10 bucks, it works alot better than the two lights that also act as the two upper license plate bolts that I used for my daughters SV650S and those were $30 or more?
