No glare above the cutoff line. This way I am certain that when I am riding the light won't be bouncing up and down the passenger mirrors on the highway.

Here comes the best part and true power of the H.I.D. with the right parts, you can achieve the best output w/o any glare.

Here u can see an oncoming driver about 1/4 a mile ahead. There is no light pointing upwards to cause glare to the oncoming driver on this very dark road.

How much space did you have left between the lens and projectors after you put it all back together?

any chances of the lens heating up and melting from being that close to the projector?

No not at all. I have made additional vent holes on the bottom to suck the heat out and prevent any condensation.

I prefer to do projector HID since the status quo on here is to put the HID bulb into the stock reflector. The stock reflector mirror finish acts like a magnifying glass due to the intense brightness of the HID bulb. Thats why on some cars that are not equipped with HID. THe bulb can deform the headlight housing. That's why I reiterate to do the projector based HID route.

So the FX projectors just screw right in? Can you possibly give a few comments on the photos you posted on how the install went. I just bought my f4i I'm looking to do a retro fit hid kit.

Could you take a picture of how it looks with the projectors installed on the bike? I've been watching this thread for a few days and I'm getting more and more interested in doing this
