Hesitation when pulling out

Hi guys first time post. I have a 2001 cbr f4i with around 34,000 miles. My issue is every time I leave a stop light or am at a dead stop and take off in first gear it feels like the bike goes dead for a second kind of like a hiccup and then operates normally. Last month I did a new auto cct , OEM plugs ,fpr, and k&n air filter. At that time I had the stock pipe on the bike. I switched over to a cheap eBay dump pipe for a couple weeks and after being annoyed with how loud it was I put on a Dan moto jisu slip on last week. After the Dan moto pipe was installed for a week is when I noticed the hesitation. No fi light comes on. My only thought is maybe with running the aftermarket pipes I may have fouled the plugs out because I'm not running a lower commander?? Any input or advice would be appreciated before I tear everything back apart. Thank you in advanced!
