Default Help! Starting problems on my F4i!

I changed the fuel tank 2 days ago and put in a fresh gallon of gas. Started it up and it ran fine. Today, I primed the fuel lines a few times (turned the pump on/off) and tried starting it, nothing. Put in another gallon of gas because I though it could be low, still nothing, just kept cranking until battery lost it's charge. I have a fresh Yuasa gel battery in there, just put it in 2 months ago. Also, the muffler smells like unburned (fresh) fuel. Any suggestions? Could the engine be flooded? Could it be the moisture from rain? It's been raining here the past 3 days, bike was covered, except for maybe 2 hours uncovered, when I was replacing the levers.

Alot of common issues deal with the FPR How long was the bike dormant before you replaced the fuel and tank?

I've been riding it about 2-3 times a week before I drained the fuel and replaced the tank. (it had a small dent, I found a new one on ebay)
