Default Help no headlights

so i parked my bike, went out to start it like an hour later and my headlights wont come on. they flicker when the bike starts but then go out, so i know the bulb isnt blown, and the bike starts and runs fine. any ideas on what it could be? would like to get it fixed asap to ride tonight too, ok so i played with it, the lights would come on if the starter button was slightly presseddown, but would go offonce it was pressed all the way. i messed with it a little more and got it to stay on but still would like to find the issue cuz it doesnt seem safe any ideas? thanks

Replace your right hand controls. The contacts for the accesories in the starter button is weak. Thats why if you play with it it will come on.

if you can solder, just open it up and take a look at the wires and make sure they are in place. if not, reattach.

If you cannot solder, order a new one and replace it. Be careful not to break the throttle tube when taking the cables off of it. DOH
