Like it says I took my clutch cover off to paint it black and when I put it back on I thought everything was going on fine and then POP! so i took it back off and the shaft that is coming out the end of it broke! can anyone tell me what that part is and what damage i have caused. Thanks

are you talking about the shaft that rotates when you pull the clutch lever?
