Help with cylender head replacement

Hey guys I'm currently in the process of replacing my cylender head on my 01 f4i because cylender 3 spark threads have been totally striped and no longer holds a spark plug and I just have a few questions before I start on this

1. Should I buy a whole new cylender head and cams the whole nine yards or just get the current head heli coiled

2. Do I need to pull the whole engine just to get the head off

3. How do I get my engine to TDC

4. Where can I find a spanner socket that fits the spanner nuts on the frame if I do have to pull the engine

5. If I should just heli coil the current head how do I do that what tools do I need

Any help with these would be really appreciated I'm not an expert by any means and am just looking for some direction on which way to take this problem any helpful hints or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks for reading

I'm going to assume you stripped the plug holes, in which case you should think seriously about doing this job yourself. The head can be heli-coiled, but again I wouldn't do it if your the one with stripped them to begin with. You basically need to do a valve clearance inspection but going a step further and pulling the head off after removing the valvetrain. No idea if the engine needs out or not to do it, I would assume so though.
