help! cant get fuel pump to prime
 

i bought my old bike back from a buddy after he wrecked it planning on fixing it uo and riding it again. its a 02 f4i 13,xxx miles. the bas went out on it and would not let the bike start so i wired past it and fired right up, i have everything loose and tore it down and now that iam putting it back together i cant get it to prime again! i double checked the bas how io wired past it ( hooked red and white wires together)? and every other combination and still nothing?? headlight somes on, dash comes on and bike wil crank just no fuel pump? checked all fuses already wiggled all plugs around. dont know what else to do! at wits end with this thing considering i just had it running. the only thing iam not sure about is i forgot where to little hoses i took off go. look maybe like vacuum hoses? they are right under the airbox on the back side of it. cant seem to find where they connect to. ive looked everywhere any suggestion to help get this thing going? thanks

ohh and i dont have any front blinkers hooked up but that didnt stop it from starting last time?? and i wired in an led undertail after i origionally started it,

ok have an update, fuel pump kicks on when i take power directly to it, tried to check the two relays in the tail section but not forsure how to do that?
