HELP!!!!!!

Ok i have a 2001 cbr f4i and when i get started in 1st gear it falls on its face then starts to take off fine, it does it in all gears but 1st is the worse 1 and it usually only happens when im just cruisin, when i get on it hard it does fine through the gears except for first theres still a lil hesitation, could it be cause im runnin a straight pipe, will no back pressure cause this? I have a muffler on the way and ive ran it without the muffler before and never noticed this prob. but now its an actual pipe thats comin up the side with no muffler, well thanx for any help no mods done completely stock beside muffler.

RE: HELP!!!!!!

My money is on the pipe. Straight exhaust on any engine absolutely kills the bottom end response.

No muffer = mad carbon residue on the rear tire. On the highway its wont be as bad but on the street it will be slippery.
Dude, you have mad scratches on your F4i. Is it possible to buff it out or do a touch up?

Yea, I follow what your saying. Buying a used bike and dealing with it in the begining is rough. A good deal of money will be wasted for minor stuff. Some times its worth it, other times is questionable. Just get the essentials and save the cosmetics for last.
Get a muffer first. Then when everything is good. Take it to a body guy and it cant be more than 50 if you give him the paint.
