hey guys i just got a new cbr f4i and i love it. yesterday a state cop pulled me over for a headlight out. i was wondering if only one light is low beam and the other light is high beam?

 

yup thats rite, i usually use my brite during the day as well.

I could be wrong but I think on the '06 f4i the left side is low beam and the right is high beam. I've also heard of others modifying with dual filament bulbs so both sides are on for low & high beam. It does look strange w/ only one side lit.

 

I hate when that happens. People on the street will usually pull up next to me and tell me that one of my headlights is out. I thank them anyways. jajajajaja.

 

i think it looks fine.
not to mention it saves your battery as the headlights drain your battery the most

 

um, you're not running your high beam during the day time because why?

 

I use the high beam when I am with others during the day other than that I do not use it. I have had that same fear that do cops know that one is low and the other is high. The real point is they don't have to be knowledgable. They can use that as a weak *** excuse to pull you over. Lastly, I always use them at night. Its all about being seen and heard.
