headlight bulbs?
Getting rid of my hids looking to go back to stock bulbs does anyone have the numbers off the low and high-beam so i can order them threw advanced auto parts.
thanks in advance |
arent they H7s? Why are you ditchin the HIDs?
|
H-7, you need the adapters too.
|
the bike came with hids they were purple to begin with, and i couldn't see so i switched to 5000k bright white now i have been stopped twice because bulbs are too bright i cant win here lol
h7s ok when they hooked the hids up there is a stock plug there i was hoping it would just plug into the stock light |
If you have the small square-ish black connectors still, then you plug those right into the bulb.
And you should send me your HID bulbs, kthx. |
For the H7 bulbs, are there any brands which are brighter then the rest?

Why not just try H7R Hids these have a band on them to stop the glare, ??
H7R Anti-glare HID Xenon Bulbs headlight bulbs purpose built for... |
^i never knew about those guys, look like theyd be better than the regular hids but at almost $100 for a pair id almost rather just spend a little more and buy projectors.
|
I just put in a Silverstar ULTRA and its just as dim as the old original bulb. Really should have gone HID.
btw does anyone have problems with light on the road when leaning at night? |
