Haha Not thinking, a little help please

im moving in two weeks and well I started my packing and I packed my 2001 f4i owners manual, and my service manual. I am putting my bike back together this week and well I wanted to change my oil on sat and the coolant as well but i cant seem to remember what the capacities were. I think its 2.8qts for the oil I have no idea on the coolant though if someone can check and let me know I would appreciate it. Then funny part is im only moving two streets over but I took over the stuff i "dont use" and well of coarse that its the pile of boxes and bins.

bro my 954 holds 3.9 basically 4 quarts of oil according to the book. Check your manual but I am almost 100% positive yours holds close to the same as mine. Dont wont you running a quart low.

hey thanks guys. I got a CR500 and a 400ex too so its hard to remember the numbers right off the top of my head. I think the 400ex is 2.8 then.
