Mines trimmed up pretty high. I trimmed the fender down with a dremel and used a deburring tool to make the edges look factory again, then mounted the plate right below the tail light. As for the seat release I went and bought a manual choke cable, hooked it up to the release and terminated it at a button I installed under the front seat, you can reach it by slipping your finger into the spot where the front seat bolts are, but if you don't know what your looking for you'd never find it. The whole thing turned out nice and clean and I never really liked the whole keyed entry rear seat deal to begin with.

Hangfire, your fender looks awesome!
Did you relocate the aftermarket blinkers from where the factory ones were?
About how much were those aftermarket blinkers?
Do you have more of a closer pic of your fender? Alot of questions i know but your fender is what mine is going to look like.

CF is the way to go..well, I guess it depends on your color scheme. Mine is silver and black, so I have decided I want the 2Bro M5 CF. Looks and sounds awesome. Now I just need the $.

i don't think you understand where i'm coming from.. I did not say anything about cutting the key hole off just leaving that upper section up to the key hole then re-locating the plate in the wheel well towards the front of the bike or off the exhaust on a hanger..
