grab bar or how some people like to call, mini fin

I just recently took the grab bar off and was wondering if anyone knows of a place where you could buy something to cover the holes with. their really bothering, but it still looks good without the bar on it.

get the contur of it with fiberglass cut out the shape, and silicone it from the underside once you get it painted.. thats what i would do... but i also have everything to do something like that on hand
