Default GPR Steering Stabilizer Question

So, ive decided to finally get one for my bike and I’m trying to get the best deal possible. Correct me if I’m wrong but all the GPR's are universal and all I have to do is get the correct mounting bracket for the 02 f4i. If so does anyone know where I can get one? I’m looking around on eBay for the stabilizer (for the best price) but can’t seem to find the mounting bracket anywhere. Is it worth my time and money to do this or should I just drop the extra money and buy a new one?

Also, will other GPR models fit the 02 F4i, like the 600rr or 1000rr?

Thanks for the help

finally someone with a post that answers my previous question. anyways what exactly does it do and how much different would the ride feel?

oh... if you're looking a good price, try this site:
http://www.morepoweracing.com/n9pzX7...054-1442-1460/

this is even including shipping. that's the cheapest i've found one for and i'm in the market for the same thing

i also believe they'll beat all the prices you've found online and they'll even lower it a couple of bux too...

I am planning to get one too, i don't know much about stabilizers. After reading one of forum members story, i just want to get it as soon as possible since I am riding everyday between home and work.

I have been told that they help in cornering and headshake when the bike gets too high speeds. Also when you are pulling the bike up and putting it down while doing a wheelie, it helps the wheel stay straight and not move from side to side. Plus they look really cool!! haha jk

Would cruising on the highway at 90mph for 10miles or so give me "headshake", i bet i probably need one of those which is why my bike feels a bit loose. If its still bad after i raise the front back up then i might have to save up for one.

I can wait about a week. The season is coming to its end here in DC so I want to get it on before it does.
