Well, all it takes is an email and they will fix it for you. Before you are too hard on them, give them the chance to redeem themselves first. I have gotten two sets of tires from ridenowonline.com and I have had friends get tires from them too and never got them messed up. But we all got Michellins

 

I've ordered small screws and such from Ronayers and never had a problem.

 

i ordered 2 racks for a 4 wheeler from ronayers and got them no prob, other than taking a few days longer than anticipated

 

I have never had any problems with them buttheir shipping does take forever!!!

 

got the wrong pair on the way back, but hey have been closed, and my recent order status when to stage 2 awaiting fulfillment, from stage 4 complete, so something is certainly happening ha ha, hopefully no more colored tires, the lady i talked to seemed pretty nice and apologized so i feel pretty at ease with the situation.

 

well finally got a hold of a human, and i should have the m3's by Friday, i'll keep posted
