I got the full Akrapovic Exhaust in today. I took the old one off and tried putting the new one on but the original bolts didnt want to go back in because the damn nuts wouldnt come off. The entire bolts would come out of the head instead and the big end wouldnt go through the exhaust flange holes. Now I have to buy new Manifold bolts for it so I can get it on.

Now the bike is setting with the exhaust on but not bolted all up on the manifold and it has no side fairings on it. Looks pretty bare right now but its gonna be sweet when I get it all bolted back together, I cant wait.

yo mang...what exactly happened? the header bolts...threaded part came out? i had that same issue for one of them.
you can use 2 nuts to thread the **** back into the head.

they gotta be in there pretty good or else the plates won't fit on right.
