Gloooowww - New pics 7.16.09 Page 2

I finished my setup last night.

Best photo I have since I couldn't take it out of my three seasons room without waking up my house at 1am. Will have to get more one of these days.

It's red in back, orange in the middle and white up front for the most part. Mostly flexible LED strips, some pre-wired superflux LEDs and some white 1W floods from www.oznium.com

Best part is it's all hooked up to a strobe controller, so the whole bike blinks like crazy :D Need to get a hold of a better camera to capture the flash rate, my point-and-shoot digital can't handle it.

And I realize a lot of people won't like it, which is fine. It's for me. Just sharing because some can and will appreciate it.

cool. let's see the wiring job too.

This is the only decent in-progress photo I have of wiring. Just about everything is loomed where it was convenient, unless it needed to go someplace small, or it was just a single wire by itself.

I used a bunch of leftover three conductor wire to do a lot of it, it really minimizes the amount of stuff you need to run through the bike.

Each fairing has a four prong trailer connector that allows me to disconnect the fairing without changing any wiring. The lights mounted in the middle of the bike are attached to the tank, and those have 1/4" quick connectors on them as well in case I need to remove the tank.

Sorry, I don't do too many in-progress photos usually. :)

Oh, I have this one, too. You can see where the superflux LEDs are mounted in the ram air tubes, and the looming surrounding it. Inside the loom, the wires for the LEDs, the ground from the right side fairing, and the wires for the front fairing come together, and the route their way over to the left side fairing.
