Default Gauge cluster question

I've got a f3 that I've converted to a RR body and a f4i gauge cluster.

I've already wired the cluster up and I love it, so much better than the analog f3, but I stupidly wired it all up away from the fairing stay. The way I'm mounting the gauge on the stay I need to have the wires ran behind the stay and over the top.

Since I cut soldered and shrink tubed can I disconnect the wires from the cluster itself?

If you follow the wires down from the cluster to the main harness there's a plug. It plugs into the main harness. At least that is how it is on the F4i. Not sure about the F3. If you do end up having to pull wires apart, just pull them apart by melting the solder so that once you get it where you want it, you just gotta melt them back together. The shrink tubing, you might just have to carefully cut it and tear it off.

Yeah I cut the f4i connections off at the end of the wires and hard wired everything to my f3, I just easier wondering if I can disconnect the wires from the cluster itself. I see it's held in eith two screws but haven't taken it all apart yet

I would assume all the wires are hard-wired inside the cluster.
