gas tank help!!!!!
 

i picked up a extra gas tank. the tank had some rust on the inside and i heard if you throw from bb's and gas inside the tank and shake the hell out of it the rust would slowly come off. well some rust did but thats not the problem. i have 3 bb's that are some where in my tank and no clue how to get them out. ive used a rubber mallet and that got out a few that were stuck but 3 of them are giving me a hard time. any thoughts?

After Getting my tank painted I noticed some surface rust in mine, I just plugged the holes and put some gas in it and shook it. About your bearing situation since they are stuck try getting a flat head screwdriver up in there and pry a bit but not to hard, they might come out.

Shaking some gas around in the tank might help dislodge those BBs.

ive tried a coat hanger but got nothing. ill give the screwdriver a shot. just wonder fubbzie what did you use to plug the fuel pump hole? or did u leave the pump installed?
and ive tried shaking the tank with gas and im pretty sure thats what got these 3 bb's stuck but thanks kowen
