I recently bought a 01' CBR 600 f4i. I just realized that the indicator on my LED screen for gas does not work. When I turn the bike on and the entire screen lights up, I can see the gas gauge, so clearly the light is still functioning. At first thought I figured one of the fuses might have blown, which was not the case. What else could be the issue w/ this?

 

That's not a gas gauge. Its a Reserve indicator. It will come on when you get low on gas, with the bars flashing the lower you get. All bars flashing = find gas NOW or get ready to push

I had the same thing happen to me when I got my bike(first one).

 

How many times is this going to be asked lately? Wow! I swear this is like number six, lol.

 

Hahah yeah there should be a sticky titled If you are here you're bike doesn't have a gas gauge. I almost asked the same question when I first got mine and then I searched.
