fuel pump gasket questions - one or two of them?
 

I had to take off my fuel pump because of a leak - the previous owner screwed some stuff up and now it will not seal. There was a bunch of goup (sealer everywhere).

Anyway I ordered a new gasket but when I took the pump off I found two of them. the big one on the outside and then a smaller one inside.

Are both of these needed? How can I get a new small one if it is needed?

The white stuff is bunch of that sealer crap. Should I just clean the small one up and reuse it if it is needed?
