Default Front rotor clearance from forks?

Hey guys, just put a new rim on the front. I was eyeing the clearance of the rotor from the fork on the driver side. It clears it, but it's really close. Wheel spins freely, I just wanted to know if it's supposed to be that close

Is it supposed to be the same on both sides? How can I get a little more clearance?

I should mention it's only the little "circles" on the rotor that come close.

i just pulled my front wheel off, it looked even to the naked eye, did you by chance put the spacers on the wrong side?
on the right hand side, the brake side, it uses the bigger spacer.
