I'm just lookin out for some people who may need to replace their seat with a good one. I know how expensive eBay charges for just material alone, It's ridiculous.

Yep I'm pretty sure this is a no-no. You could have cleverly posted up the Ebay link and asked if you thought it was a good deal or not, that's just how my criminal mind works.
