Default Front LED signals/lights

Since I am getting new fairings I want to replace the huge, but smaller then stock, signals on the nose piece I'd like something flush. What's the new item that looks good?

This was the best they had back when I got the bike but I know they've come a long way!!

Dont forget resistors or led flasher relay 👍

I recently installed sequential led indicators quiet big and not flush but I liked the sequential look. I needed led flasher relay as resistors wouldn’t work.

I've never come across any that didn't just look like they were just bolted or glued on. Nothing seemed to have that factory fit and finish. I'll be interested to see what people propose on here.

I have just fitted some sequential ebay specials on mine, they don't look too bad, but agree nothing like OEM fit. If I pull it apart again I may attempt to fill / paint the blanks for a better look

@Al1040 I just noticed that you've got 2 sets of frame sliders on your bike. One appears to be where one of the cowl screws are located. That screw is fairly small, so not sure how effective it will be. I guess time will tell. The other one looks to be a "no cut" type. Can you show some other photos of them? What brand and where you got them?

Hi IDoDirt, yes indeed they are both 'no cut' sliders.

The main intention for the sliders was / is for the slow speed car park type drop to just protect the fairings, anything faster than that would probably end up with the bike being written off

The first ones I has were just the bolt on through the fairing screw which at best are fairly cosmetic. I had been searching high and low for a set of TOPBLOC sliders which fitted on the engine frame. I has a set on my F05 but foolishly did not remove them on selling it.

A recent member has a set on his, they have quite a large Ally block which clamps around the same in the same way as my second pair but was much more substantial.

The second pair were Ebay Specials that fitted in a similar way as the Topbloc ones had, I have a bit of an aversion to cutting holes in the fairings.

I like those. I have a set that I had to cut (drill a hole in the fairing) to fit. The only time I have dropped the bike was on a dirt road and they didn't help one bit. I'm not sure if I am going to put them back on with the new fairings or not.

They seem fairly solid so should help in a low speed drop, hopefully I will not have to test them out

What's the best way to go about hyperflash in your front turn signals? I installed New rage cycle front signals on my 2018 cbr1000rr as well as a motodynamic rear integrated tail light. I have yet to install any kind of flasher relay or flash rate control module. Just curious in the best way to tackle this issue for both front and rear signals.
