Default Front fairing and headling assembly...

Is there any trick to getting the front fairing and headlight assembly on? I took it off to rewire my signals and it was an hour long escapade getting it back together =X.

I feel your pain..... I just took mine off to put flushmounts on, and i still havent gotten it back on. I finally got it to where all i had to do was put the screws in, and i tested the lights one last time, and the wire came out of the left side, so now i have to pull it off again and try it all over. First two times i pulled the front off, it went back on no problem. Im interested in any tips to putting it back on also.

Ive learned that its easier id you kinda tilt it up and put the air ducts in first then where the mirror clips on, but yyea that **** is a pain in the *** sometimes

practice makes perfect...
put it on the fairing stay first on the top where the mirrors go, then tuck in the air ducts and all the guts behindwhere they need to go and then i'll be on.

Actually Tahoe skipped one thing. There are two pegs sticking out of the rear of the headlight ***'y. Make sure they are seated in the rubber grommets then do the mirror thingy. A tilt helps here.

Yeah, i had to tilt it forewards and put the air ducts in, and i had my dad trying to help me and he's like no no no, it goes like this, and he would pull it one way, and i would pull the other and it was just a huge mess of going back and forth =D.

2 strong willed people who don't know what they're doing is a recipe for disaster or arguing at the very least.
