Default Freshly installed undertail & more w/pics!

Hey guys here are a few pics of the recent installs i finished the other day. Please comment! The undertail is from superbikestore and was as close to a perfect fit as you can get(with some slight modification...hehe). I did this along with the flush mounts and the c/f handle accents. Enjoy guys! Next ill be dropping it a tad adding a yoshi slip on and adding the targa cowl. Thanks!

The whole thing....=)

Not a fan of fake carbon fiber. It dosent ever look anything like real carbon. (bar ends are real, undertail is "carbon look"). It's kind of like the difference between real leather and pleather.

IMHO I think it would look great painted body color. The flushmounts look great.

I thought the same way until i saw this undertail in person. The pics dont do it justice. Thanks though. It's gonna hide some more also when i put the tag on.

Don't get me wrong. It's a 110% improvement over the mudflap.

I just have a bias against the "carbon look" because everytime I look for real Carbon Fiber for my bike or car I have to wade through 20 pages of the fake stuff. I am sure it will look fine once the plate is installed.

What are you going to use to light the plate?

I actually dont intend on lighting the tag...here in Florida it's... well...not needed...lol. Another thing about the undertail was that it was infinitly impossible to find a "real" c/f undertail for the bike, that didn't cost a mint. I am always changing things though so if you see another thread saying i changed my undertail, dont be surprised.

Ill try to get a pic up of how bright they are. I bought them off the same guy i bought most of my stuff from, actually found him on ebay. The flushmounts are from lockheed as are the c/f handle accents.

That's a good-looking undertail. I may just have to get me a black one. I guess to really make it legal and functional you need a CA tail light, huh?

What about a hugger? Notice any damage on your undertail yet?
