Default frame sliders

just curious to see if people have used them before i go ahead and buy them.

I considered getting these, but it attaches to another bolt. the bolt doesn't look very strong i guess if the bike fell over and it wasnt being driven it would save the ferring ( if the bolt didn't snap or break).

Okay, let's analyze this:
Hmmmm...Aluminum frame slider attached to an aluminum frame. Bike go down. Something get dented. What, pre-tell? Me thinks it's de frame boss.

I bought Vortex and haven't looked back. Simple and universal. Their 2 puck design is ingenious. Now in the future I may try something else on a different bike, but for the F4i, the Vortex does it's job (it's been tested and has shown it's value to me and many others).
