Default Fork seal replacment

I need to replace my fork seals pretty bad. Theres a pretty good write up on here but part of its missing or something? My question is I seen somewere that you could change the seals and oil without taking the fork tubes apart on f4is. Something about blowing air into them to pop the seals out? Is this true if so how do you do it. Im just looking for the easyest way for a newbe to go about it. Thanks

Well, seeing as how the seals are annular rubber bits with no breaks in the complete circle, I'm having a hard time seeing how to change them without diassembling the forks.

Do this the right way. It's not hard. Remove the forks and break them down as per the maintenance manual, which I am assuming you have. If you don't, buy the Clymer manual. It's worth the investment.
