Fixed CCT, now a clicking noise?!

OK so now that I've been riding for a week without hearing my stupid CCT rattle, I have discovered a new noise. It is a small clicking noise that varies based on RPM, and can usually only be heard when I'm on the gas pretty hard.

Is this my valves just needing an adjustment? My engine only has like 10k on it..

I'm going to say the ticking is normal. What happens is (in theory), after you swap the CCTL, that sound becomes more evident now that the rattle is gone. As far as I recall, my bike's always done it as well, and on mine, it's most audible above 5K RPM. I've noticed quite a few threads inquiring about that same sound, usually after CCTL replacement; another reason I believe it to be normal.

I have heard it before. For me it is usually the result of me having a ladyfriend on the back and treating the bike like it is 120lbs lighter... I know that it is not a 1000cc and I then take it easier!
