Finally... Another F4i Owner
I finally did it today….
I put a down payment on a ‘06 Pearl Yellow / Metallic Titanium F4i so that my local Honda place would order me a brand spankin’ new one still sitting in a crate in a warehouse somewhere in Louisiana.
For the longest time I was torn between the F4i and the Yamaha R6S, but after trolling around on these forums for a couple of weeks, I was kind of leaning towards an F4i. And when I was able to get the F4i for $6,999 and a free HJC Maximus helmet that kind of matches the bike, then I decided on the F4i for sure.
Well this is going to be my first street bike. I just god rid of my ’01 Shadow Spirit 1100cc about 8 months ago. Believe it or not, this is the bike that I learned on and took my license test with. I thought I was done with motorcycles, but after 8 months I could not stand it any more. Plus I thought I would try something a little different this time with a street bike.
I know that the street bike is totally different, but I am willing to learn and take my time. No need to preach to me, I have lost plenty of friends to tragedies on these types of bikes and I know full and well what they are capable of.
Well that is about it.....Sorry for the long intro!
